need a minimum down payment of $25,000. Many Americans don’t have access to
this much money.
2. Many Americans have debt which is priority over saving money for a home. Some
examples of debt in America include student loans and health care.
3. Due to high home prices in North America, most Americans need support from
banks through mortgages to purchase a home. Data shows banks only offer
mortgages to those with at least _____ income.
Hypothesis & Relationship: My hypothesis is that there will be a strong, positive
correlation between average personal income and home ownership. As average personal
income increases, home ownership will also increase.
